RETURNING MERCHANDISE TO ROSTECH ELECTRONICS

Prior to returning merchandise, YOU MUST OBTAIN AN RMA (Return Material Authorization) NUMBER from RosTech's RMA Department.

Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returned products with no RMA number visible on the box may be returned.

For indirect customers and end-users, we recommend contacting your distributor or reseller for RMA service.

In order for us to provide you with the best possible service please describe your problem in as much detail as possible.

IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN ABUSED, IMPROPERLY USED OR ALTERED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, THE RMA NUMBER WILL BE VOIDED AUTOMATICALLY. THE MERCHANDISE WILL THEN BE RETURNED TO CUSTOMER AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE.
